Long walk options,

      Park at Rawcliffe Bar for 10.30am

      Walk the 2 miles down river to Lendal Bridge for 11.30 meet up

      Walk the wall from Lendal, past the Rail Station until reaching the Ouse,

        its about a mile, then follow downstream to the Milenium Bridge 4 m.

      Cross and walk back to the wall and follow around to the Minster  for 

           lunch/picnic in the grounds, its about 6 mile from the start. Lunch1.30  -            2.00pm

      From the Minster, walk back to Lendal Bridge and the 2 mile river walk to Rawcliff Bar.

Options    Take the bus to Lendal and walk back, makes it around 8 mile in total and a later setting off time say around 11.00am

 

 

Short Walk

      Meet Lendle Bridge Museum Garden side for around 11.30 and join up with Long Walk Group

      Walk the 2-1/2 mile to the Minster Gardens for 1.30 / 2 .00 meet up and lunch. Visit York  centre and its attractions. Park where ever or come in by train.

      Walk back Lendle, car park or station and home.

 

Park and Ride £3.60 return or £1.30 concession
