Weekend break to HF Derwent Bank, Keswick - Friday 30th October - Monday 2nd November 2026

You only have 3 weeks left to book onto this three night break at this lovely house, situated on the edge of Derwentwater, Portinscale, Keswick. 

We know it's a long time in advance, but in order to get the number of rooms we need and a group rate we need to book this far in advance
We need a minimum of 10 people to get a group rate  and 15 to get a free room. The money generated from a free room is used against transport or divided between everyone to further reduce the total cost. 
The cost is from £299 for the three nights, to include a cream tea on the Friday afternoon, followed by a three course evening meal. On Saturday and Sunday we are provided with breakfast, packed lunch and evening meal. On Monday, we leave after breakfast. There are a huge number of walks from Portinscale, Keswick. Please let us know if there is a particular walk that you would like to do and if you are willing to lead.
HF holidays have introduced a single supplement of £5 per night (£314 total for single members) and a £175 deposit per person. I have 8 classic single rooms at £314 per person total and 2 premium single rooms on hold at £344 per person as well as 6 classic double rooms at £299 per person total.
These rooms are held for 6 weeks, so in order to secure a place please let me know if you would like to attend and send a deposit of £175 per person to David Abbott by November 28th 2025. We will hold your deposit until we have a viable number to allow this trip to go ahead. Once we have the requisite numbers, and the deposit has been sent to HF,  it will be non-refundable. If for any reason you are unable to attend the holiday after the deposits have been sent to HF, we can only refund you if a replacement can be found for you.
