Sunday 22nd Feb SD994 268 / HX7 6JD  7mls B

Todmorden to Hebden meet Hebden Bridge Rail Station car park in good time for 10.25 bus (591). Walk back. 10.00am (10)

I am leading the walk this coming Sunday, the 22nd. There is a burst water main on the road between Hebden Bridge and Todmorden which Yorkshire Water hope to have fixed by this Saturday. However, in view of the uncertainty and possible road works, I think it would be sensible if we travelled to Todmorden by train rather than by bus. The train is at 10.30am and a one-way ticket costs £3.50 (less with card?). I assume we can use the Railway Station's carpark but will have to pay something.

I don't think I have a mobile signal in Hebden Bridge (I certainly don't in Todmorden). George's mobile has a signal and his number is 07796 860093.
