Wednesday 12th November, Steve and Sue Matthews have a 5 miles alternative short walk available within the main 8 mile route. The option may have to be self guided, but full information will be given on the day.

Join the main group and just walk as far as you can along the towpath towards Skipton. Leave at a suitable point and catch the bus back. Meet canal side Victoria Road Saltaire.

The planned walk is into the centre of Bradford along the route of the old canal route / Mucky beck track, catch bus or train to return. 5 mile max or shorter if you wish.

David is planning a short walk prior to the meal at Mother Hubbard’s in Baildon. No more than 4 miles, but you may have to walk back to your car, depending where you park after the meal. Meet at the CP near the Cricket Club 10.30.

Jan will be leading the main 8-mile Bingley loop, you are also invited to join but keeping to the shorter 5-mile option. Be warned however the paths are a bit dicey and there will be a climb back up to Bracken Hall.
